The seller of the goods offered in this online store, SIA "Salons Arka" (registration number 40003393043, legal address: Valguma iela 10, Riga LV-1048), hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who places the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer, according to the Buyer's order.

Ordering, delivery, and payment procedure

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the goods, using the payment tools integrated into the online store, or by paying the invoice corresponding to the order, prepared by the seller, and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within the term (within the indicated days) that is specified in the description of the specific product (on the product page), after receiving the payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time, place, and method (in person, by phone, or electronically) with the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods, by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller sends the form of the letter of withdrawal to the Buyer by email upon the Buyer's request.

It is the Buyer's obligation to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses related to sending the goods back to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the ordered goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned, or they spoil or are consumed quickly;
• the ordered goods have been made directly to the Buyer according to an individual order;
• the buyer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording, or a computer program;
• the goods have been damaged after receipt.

Data Processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that his provided data is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory documents. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that he will receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the specified e-mail.
